High Pressure Valves
Valve selection for high-pressure lines requires evaluating pressure class, body material, sealing design and test standards together. Vanera offers ball valve, globe control valve, check valve and butterfly valve solutions across pressure classes from PN25 to PN630.
Valve Selection at High Pressure
Pressure class (PN) defines the maximum working pressure of a valve at a given temperature; as temperature rises, the allowable pressure decreases. Selection should therefore be made using the line's design pressure and design temperature together.
At high pressure, body material (AISI304/AISI316 stainless steel, ductile iron), sealing elements (PTFE, metal-seated designs) and connection type (threaded, flanged, welded) are critical. Our cryogenic globe control valves are designed and manufactured to EN 12516 and inspected and tested to EN 12266; our ball and butterfly valves are manufactured to relevant standards such as EN 558, EN 1092-1, DIN 3202 and ISO 5211.
Our High Pressure Valve Solutions
Our stainless steel threaded ball valves are offered up to PN63; flanged ball valves up to PN40. Globe control valves for oxygen and industrial gas lines are manufactured up to PN630; VR302 check valves provide backflow protection on PN40 and ANSI 150 lines.
Once you share your application's pressure-temperature profile and fluid data, we deliver a datasheet-verified valve selection and quote the same day.
